The room is very bright and you have an in-built closet with baskets. Unfurnished. Plenty of extra storage available (in the living room and kitchen). You share the basement suite with just one other mature Female. We have our own kitchen (fridge, oven toaster, microwave, stove+oven) and bathroom. Carpeted floors in bedroom and living area. Kitchen has plates, glasses, cutlery, cookware for common use.

FEMALES ONLY. NO partying, drugs, smoking, vaping or pets. Individual occupant, no over night guests. Looking for a clean, responsible and quiet individual.

Rent for room: $575 (excluding utilities). Utilities would be $80 - $135 on top for one person (from past 4 month estimates - includes fast internet, laundry, electricity and water)

Again, very quiet and clean, drama free house and ONLY ONE OTHER housemate living with you.
