Private room available around Coxwell and Gerrard 2 minute walk to No Frills, Shoppers Drug Mart and Fit 4 less, as well as other coffee shops, pubs and other local shops around Gerrard Internet and Water bill is included, Gas and hydro is split amongst tenants Washer/dryer and dishwasher in building Decent sized backyard

Two guys currently living there work in the trades, third is in hospitality. Everyone appears to have a good sense of when to be sociable as well as respect other peoples privacy
