Glenburn Drive

Hi! I’m subletting my room from June 1st through August with very likely possible lease extension for 1 year (move-in date is somewhat flexible - you can move in as early as May 15). Our home is a 3-bedroom home in the Beechwood area, close to the University of Waterloo. We have the upstairs of the home. It is charming, bright, spacious, and nestled in trees. We have two large living room areas with big windows (the lighting is beautiful!), a dining room, large kitchen, one shared bathroom, ensuite laundry, and a lovely backyard.

We have central AC and all utilities are included in the rent. The home is fully furnished. The available room has a twin bed, a small desk, a shelf, and a closet. I will also be leaving my queen bed frame and box spring, bed-side table, and dresser (if you want them)! It has a window facing northeast, looking out at the tall trees in the backyard.

We are close to the University of Waterloo (15-18 minute walk or 7 minute bus) and Wilfred Laurier (9 minute bus).

The rent is $800 for the sublet. The rent for the next year is TBD, and it will be a 1 year lease commitment. Parking availability is also TBD.

Here is a little about the roomies: “We are two female psychology graduate students our late 20’s early 30’s. We like to keep our space clean and feeling warm and welcoming. We are social, studious, and conscientious. We like spending time outdoors, learning, being active, mindfulness, spending time with friends, and being creative.”
