I have 2 rooms available May 1 for young professional/student females. Rent is $600 per room plus utilities ($75 each per month)

3 bed 1.5 bath townhouse in evergreen. The home is spacious, bright, fully furnished (besides the bedrooms), and has AC. Driveway parking included. Smoke free party free home!

There is a bus stop nearby with direct route to the university. Close to lots of stores, trails, parks, etc. Quiet area and neighbours.

One year lease is preferred but open to shorter.

I’m a 24 year old architectural technologist and designer. I enjoy reading, working out, the outdoors, and playing piano. Hoping to find a roommate or two with similar interests! I work hybrid full-time and spend most of my time out of the house. I’m quiet, clean, and keep to myself but also enjoy being friends with roommates. I have an older cat that is friendly and well maintained but isn’t friendly with other animals (sorry no more pets).
