ISO flatmate from MAY 12 , 2024 RENT : $1200 Ground Floor of split-level house in Fairbanks. looking for an easy goin and friendly individual. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED Preferably looking for someone who does not work from home, but open to it with the right person. Clean and Organized is a must. No dogs, but open to someone with a calm and friendly fixed cat. Shared bathroom, stand-up mixer shower.

EXTRAS : Laundry in the basement. One Washer and Dryer. Permit Street Parking is available in the neighborhood. We can fit two cars in the drive-way for visitors, but Toronto by-law doesn’t allow two cars side-by-side full-time.

Large back deck, hopefully I’ll have a charcoal grill ready for summer.

2-3 Minutes to 29/929 Bus stops on Dufferin. 10-15 Minute walk to Eglinton LRT(when it is eventually finished.)

These photos are a very lived-in look of the space. I’m currently in my trade school finals, not much free time, and haven’t had the time to get the backyard sorted out yet. This is the messiest my space ever gets.

I’m a mid-twenties former bartender who has transitioned into the welding trade. I am pretty clean and organized and would like to share this space with someone who values those qualities. I plan to spend my summer slaving away at work during the week, and relaxing on the deck during the weekends with a coffee or a corona.
