There are two cats in the house who wouldn’t get along with other pets. The available room is 12’x12’ with a 2 door closet and a nice big window with lots of natural light. Comes with a large private bathroom with a shower/bath. The house includes a laundry room, fireplace, kitchen, and a nice sized backyard. Living room and kitchen are fully furnished. Upstairs kitchen shared with only one other student. It’s a beautiful neighbourhood, a 15 minute walk to the Tim hortons plaza off of Gordon and a 25 minute walk to the University (8 minute drive).
