About the apartment: Located at 940 Chancellor estates. Walking distance to Safeway, Giant Tiger, Winners, McDonald’s etc.
The unit is on the main floor. Building is not pet friendly. The room is spacious with a large living room. There’s also an outdoor space for barbecue or whatever + outdoor storage. The unit is unfurnished as seen. It’s mostly empty as I’m moving-in as well. The room also has a full sized mirror (not in the pictures)
Very close to blue bus,676 & 693. About 3 mins walk to Pembina hwy(bus 60). About 8 mins to bus 47,75, 78.
Move-in is May 1. Rent is $675 inclusive gas & water. The rent will increase to $735 from August. Reason being this apartment is on a sublease until that date. Security deposit is $360.
