Great four bedroom with beautiful HUGE back yard. The house itself is huge but only four rooms are being rented. The location is on a very friendly peaceful street. Neighbours are lovely and mature. Keep in mind this is a sublet so it is only until the end of August. It is a 2 minute walk to hogs back plaza, and a 10 minute bus to Carleton. 30 minute bus to Algonquin college and straight shot there.

The current other tenants are amazing, respectful, kind, cleanly ladies, who really love the space and want someone to share in that. They are mature students and have alot of fun staying home as well as going out!
