Subletting my room on UBC from late April/ May to August, and possibly for you to take over the lease in September if you’d like! It is 3 bedrooms and fully furnished with a gorgeous balcony and kitchen, right on campus and near several bus stops; the location is perfect. Preferably looking for a girl. Sad to be leaving but got a last minute job out of province :(

I’ve known the girl I share my bathroom with since first year, so 3 years now! Super sweet and easy to live with. My other roommate however is also moving out, but I am sure she picked someone awesome to move it.
