At present, the large basement bedroom and bathroom are occupied by a young man (recently graduated, now working). The main floor bedroom and bathroom are occupied by a young woman (student in Early Childhood Education).
The upper level consists of a large bedroom + 2nd bedroom/Office + Private full bathroom. The larger bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, night tables, desk. It has 2 large windows and is a lovely space. The second bedroom, also lovely and bright, is currently furnished with a double bed, dresser, desk, and bookcase. There is a private 4-piece bathroom for the occupant(s) of this level.
The shared kitchen is on the main floor and the shared laundry is in the basement.
I am looking for a quiet tenant who will be respectful of others living there.
The rent for the entire upstairs level is $1,900, incl utilities (heat, hydro, water) and internet.
If you need a parking spot, it is $100 extra.
