Four bedrooms available in downtown Toronto, in the centre of Kensington Market. Rooms available from May 1st to August 31st. The unit is a 10 minute walk to University of Toronto, and 5 minute walk to Spadina, Bathurst and College streetcars. The unit is the 2nd and 3rd floor of the house. One bathroom and kitchen for the unit. Price is $950 per room. Tenants split heating, hydro, and water 50-50 with the landlord. WiFi not included. No in-suite laundry, but coin laundry 2 minute walk away. Rooms will be semi-furnished, with beds provided at minimum. We will provide details for remaining furniture upon request.
