About the room
URGENTLY NEED A ROOMMATE! The apartment is right on campus, extremely spacious, and has a big balcony with lots of sun! The room is unfurnished since my roommate is taking their bed with them, but the kitchen and dining room are furnished. Each floor has their own laundry. The building has a secured parkade on-site. It also has a great gym! Attached to the building is an ramen restaurant and a circle-k. The living room is also unfurnished and in the last picture is my roommates furniture stacked up ready to be moved out, so the living room furniture is not included.
Heat and water are included in the rent.
About the roomies
I’m Lily, I’m a Fine Arts major at the U of A. My roommate is moving away for the summer so I’m looking for someone to move in at the end of April/beginning of May.
