We are located in an airy and bright highrise apartment. This condo suite has 3 roommates and we are looking for a 4th roommate! We do prefer a university student or a young working professional, we are in the ages of 20’s - 30’s. :)

How to view the home: In-person showings only, so we can all meet each other and see how the chemistry is like between everyone. No virtual/webcam showings.

Shared areas: 2 washrooms, living room, kitchen, in-suite laundry, balcony

City: North Surrey on 100 Ave and King George Boulevard

Convenient location: 1 minute walk to King George skytrain station, close to restaurants, coffee shops, Simon Fraser University Surrey campus (SFU), Kwantlen KPU Civic Plaza, Central City Shopping Centre, T&T, grocery stores, doctor’s office, Surrey Memorial Hospital

NO parking (sorry, we don’t have parking spots - this is best for those who take public transit)

Amenities: Movie theatre, bowling alley, yoga & ping pong room, fitness gym, meeting rooms, pool table room

Rules:

• No more pets allowed, restriction is only 1 pet per suite (we already have 1 small dog here)
• No smoking/vaping, 1 roommate is severely allergic to nicotine smoke/ashes 🚭
• No partying or drugs
• No bringing in any furniture, entire condo is already fully furnished

Price is negotiable depending on how long you want to stay and if your chemistry is good with the tenants :) A high volume of people applied for June, but the tenants prefer someone who can move in during the month of May.

This apartment is looking for a polite calm roommate who can fit the zen environment. Pushy applicants who are in a hurry to move in without reading this ad is not what we are looking for. Chemistry & personality for roommates’ compatibility is more important than receiving the rent money. If it takes us extra time to find the right person, we are fine with that. 🛑

Hello! We are a Japanese-Chinese female university graduate student with her small dog, a Chinese male full-time worker, and a German male college student. We each have our own rooms (Japanese & Chinese couple in the master bedroom, German student taking up half of the living room which is courted off), and you will have your own private bedroom. We have a large living room so half of it is a dining area for everyone. Our lifestyle is studying, working, anime, video gaming, board games and movies. We are all respectful, considerate about others, minimalist living, clean, tidy and hope to find someone similar. The 3 of us are introverts but we welcome socializing if you want that environment, or we can leave you completely alone if you prefer low socialization. :) Our landlady is an Asian woman, who owns this condo, she allows us to choose our roommates.
