Private master bedroom in the 12th floor of an apartment 3 minute walk from Sheridan college. I’m moving out for the summer, so the lease is available from May 1st -August 31st. Room includes a huge closet!! Shared bathroom with 2 other roommates (they’re super sweet!) Fully furnished with queen bed, desk, chair, dressing table, night desk (all my personal belongings in the pictures will be gone don’t worry!) All utilities/wifi included. Extra couple dollars for washer and dryer on bottom floor. Gym room on bottom floor. Parking available.

Hi there! I’m a second year in animation, and you’ll be subleasing my room for the summer. You’ll be living with 2 other roommates for the summer, one of who is going to be new (I haven’t met them but they seem nice!) and the other who’s an illustration major and super friendly. We like to keep things clean and respect each other’s things/space. Looking for someone friendly and chill who will be respectful to my things while I’m gone lol
