This ad is for one bedroom and one bathroom on the lower floor in a two storey house. Two other bedrooms & one other bathroom are upstairs. Shared kitchen, dishwasher, washer, dryer, living room. Plenty of windows. Lovely area close to Uptown Centre.

Rent is $1200 plus split utilities.

Must be LBGTQ+ supportive & kind & clean & tidy. Picking up after yourself, cleaning regularly, bathing regularly, washing clothes and bed linens regularly etc.

Two other women in their mid 30s occupy the upstairs bedrooms, with three dogs between us. No more pets will be accepted at this time, no exceptions. We are both conscientious, emotionally mature, kind, and take care of our mental & physical health. One is a paramedic & hiker, the other is a yoga teacher & paddleboarder. We keep the house fairly clean. Regular cleanliness & tidiness is required. Lawn/yard maintenance is up to everyone in the household as required by the homeowner. We enjoy quiet time as well as interacting & making dinners together etc. sometimes as well. Per the tenancy agreement quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am as there is a partial basement suite with another separate tenant there as well. This is not an appropriate space for partying, drugs, heavy drinking, or having frequent overnight guests coming and going. Safe space.
