Property is located in Angus which is 15km (20 minutes drive) from Barrie and 15km (15 minutes drive) from Alliston

No pets or smoking as roommate is in a room in the property where owner is living

Room is not furnished however if furniture is required, to be determined

Roommate will be living in same house as Owner, Kitchen and Laundry is shared
