Beautiful raised bungelow in Warminister. Minutes to bus stop direct to Lakehead, Midland, Georigan College. Convenience store steps away with LCBO. Less than 10 min drive to West Ridge. Parking included. King size bedroom with big window with large closet, private bathroom, convenient kitchette/laundry room as well as shared kitchen upstairs. We will share the common areas downstairs (laundry room, occasionally family room). I have a friendly dog who does not go downstairs ever. He is great with cats and very well mannered. Huge backyard surrounded by gorgeous views, spectacular sunrises and sunsets.

I own the house and will be living onsite with my dog. I am a professional and work Mon-Fri 9-5. While we will share the house, there is plenty of room to live separately. I value privacy. The basement has a beautiful family room that is rarely used and would be for the renter’s use. My adult kids (24, 26, 27) visit about one weekend a few times a year. I’m looking for a very clean, professional or student, quiet roommate. Short term is fine.
