Student sublet starting May 1st and ending July 31st. MUST BE A FEMALE STUDENT! (landlord requires proof of this) Rent is $760/month (UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED!) The room is 112inches by 111inches.
This is one small private room with a walk-in closet available in a shared space with 4 other female Humber students. 1 Bathroom, 1 Kitchen, and Free Laundry in the basement.
The furniture shown in the bedroom will be yours to use while you stay. (Bed, Bed-Frame, Side Table, Rolling closet insert, and decorations shown) Located a 15-minute walk from Humber Lakeshore. and a 15-minute bus to Kipling station.
The landlord will add you to a waitlist if you are interested in signing a year lease in August.
