I’m moving out this month to join my family members in a different city. Looking for someone willing to take over the lease and have my current room for $800 a month.

🔴 In Marpole, located on Park Drive. It takes around 30mins from here to Langara College. To get to marine drive skytrain station, you can take 10, 17 and 100 bus. 10 and 17 are only 4 and 6 minutes away by feet! Quite neighborhood, great location. Safeway marpole and T&T are around the area.

🟠 A private room with closet. You can fit approximately 3.5 queen beds in the room. No pets, no smoking, and partying. Our landlord is kind and very respectful!

🟡 Semi-basement, three bedroom suit. Full kitchen, laundry, and dryer are available too. Two other girls (both often not at home) are living with me in their private rooms. Washroom is shared.

🟢 Starting lease date: May 1st (but you can move in a few days earlier like Apr 27)

🔵 Ending lease date: September 31st

🟣 Rent: $800/mo

🟤 Utilities are not included, but Wi-Fi is. I paid around $48/month for hydro and electricity.

⚪️ Street parking available in front of the house

⚫️ Unfurnished. I can sell all the furniture at $50 to you.

This is a private room, and you will be sharing the washroom with two other girls. One is working and studying full-time. The other one often stays outside of the house and comes home rarely; if she does, she just mostly sleeps here.
