Its a newly constructed house and the basement .The owners are really nice people.Its an 2 bed 1 bath basement with new kitchen with a refrigerator,induction top oven ,microwave included all utilities except internet which cost around 12 cad .you have a bath tab with hot water and a big clean mirror with an separate compartment for washing machine + dryer included .

we all stay with mutual understand and peace and harmony .doing your duties on time and having mutual respect .having awareness of self and surrounding is must .Respecting other schedule and sleep is the utmost priority for us and at the end having fun and creating bond is must .
