Brian's room

Very quiet home located near meadowlark shopping center and a block from the bus stop. The room available is on the main floor of a bungalow, full access to the entire shared living space. All utilities included, laundry on the same floor. Parking on the street. Full shared kitchen. Rental rate may be negotiable for the right tenant. Month to month.

I am a single father, self employed businessman. Spend most of the time away from the house. Extremely clean and expect the exact same. I never party and also expect the same. I have 1 daughter who has her own room and is here only a couple days through out the week, when I am not working. I have very high expectations that whom ever rents will clean up after themselves without question. I have a 6 month old golden retriever she is very friendly and loves to be pet. And a 3 year old cat who is partially blind. When I am not home my dog is generally going to play/stay in the back yard. Your only responsible for taking care of your own space and cleaning up all messes you make in the kitchen/bathroom/laundry areas. My home is full furnished except the room for rent.
