Hi, I had to move out of Toronto like 2 weeks ago and now I’m looking for someone to take over my room. It is in an apartment building. The building is 5 min away from a subway station. A grocery store and a drug store are right next to the building. The building has a gym and a laundry room on the second floor. Utilities are included. It is a furnished room. The kitchen has a stove, a toaster, a microwave and dishes for common use. The apartment has a balcony. The lease is till August 30 but you can extend it. My landlord requests proof of study/work. Also someone from the building administration will be showing the room if you are interested. If you have any more questions don’t be afraid to reach out.

You will have two more roommates. One of them is an international student. He is nice and I got along with him. He is gone during the day doing his studies, so he is pretty much minding his own business. The other room is empty.
