2 rooms available on the 22nd floor (facing west to lake), balcony, AC, gym downstairs, 2 minute walk from Islington station, underground parking (extra), on site laundry. The 2 rooms share a bathroom, I have an on-suite. Preferably looking for females, and people similar in age (I’m 22) I’m looking to interview for roommates. I’ve had too many bad roommate experiences. I like cats, but no dogs or rodents or anything like that. Must be CLEAN, I’m not a prude, but do your dishes and sweep every now and then.
