One bedroom on the main floor of a house. The bedroom is massive and the house was originally built in the 50’s so there’s all these funky little spaces for storage in fun nooks and crannies. Tons of kitchen space and natural light. One bathroom and street parking on a quiet side street.

Comes with myself, a mid-20’s female who works full-time as a lab technician and spends most weekends out of town (weather and waves permitting). Also comes with my dog, Gracie. She’s 6 years old, unemployed and the best (very oversized) lap dog ever. She won’t pull her weight with rent or cleaning but puts in extra work to make your day a little better anyways.
