Bi-level house with two bedrooms available (one on lower level) and includes general use of the upstairs (kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom, internet/office room) as well. Do not have TV subscription now but am amenable to hooking up a service. Double driveway for parking. The house is cigarette smoke free. Recycling is important and expected. It’s an older house in Mill Woods and I am the main roommate, looking to sublet to 2 more roommates. I am an artist and as of now work at home, so it’s quite secure. The bedrooms available are not furnished but the house is furnished as I’ve lived here for quite awhile. Any questions answered upon inquiry.

Presently There are two occupants in the house. both are single male, easy going and over 40. The main roomie, an artist, is the renter and acts as landlord.
