About the room
Looking for someone to sublet my room. Rent starting in May until August 2019 (August my contract is over and if you want to stay you can negotiate the price with the landlord). The house has 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. $470/month (with all utilities included).The price can be negotiated. Currently, three girls live in the house, all of them are studious, mature, reliable, and responsible. The room is not furnished, but I can sell all my furniture at a low price if you want. Full laundry room downstairs. 1 min walk to bus stop, 15 mins to campus by bus, 7 by car, or 12 min bike ride. 8 min by bus to Stone Mall, 20 min by walk. -Air conditioning -No pets -No smoking -Only rent to girls
If you want to stay after August 31st the price will be $570 with all-inclusive.
