Hi there, my name is Bianca and I am looking for students or young female professionals to share the house with from April 01, 2019. It’s a spacious and cozy 3 bedroom,1 bathroom and shared living room/kitchen. Below are some facts: -First and last mandatory -Sublet agreement signed (6 months minimum)

• References needed (2 professional, 1 personal) -Proof of employment needed
• 7 minute walk to transit of any direction (TTC Bus to centennial or UfT) -Close to University of Toronto/ Centennial College/ Timhortons/ Major grocery stores/ Dollarama/Shoppers Drug Mart/ RBC/ Scotiabank -Laundry included (available for usage in basement) -Furniture available in one of the rooms (bed, wardrobe, book shelf, side table) and the other is empty so you can bring your own furniture
• High speed internet available -Shared living room and kitchen (with all appliances needed including: Keurig, Blender, Oven, Stove, Fridge, Microwave) -Space for dry food storage in the kitchen, and you don’t need to bring any appliances, I have everything including pots, pans, plates, cooking appliances, utensils, etc.)

ADDITIONAL COSTS: -Car parking space available with additional $50 -Utilities are NOT included, its around $40-60 per month /per person (depending on how much hydro/electricity we use)

• Rogers high speed cable and internet also available ($30/month per person)-

HOUSE RULES: -No guys allowed/ no parties/ no smoking/ no pets

• 2 girls in one room is not allowed -the home is not halal/vegetarian
