My friend and I are looking for a third roommate to sign a lease at Timbercreek Apartments. We are going into second year and we are both female students at King’s. The apartment includes heat and water but hydro is not included in the rent and neither is internet. You can also add parking to your rent if needed but it is not included. There are work out rooms with equipment and also a full laundry room with washing machines and dryers. The apartment also comes with a large balcony, and has a lot of natural light coming in.
