Hey all, we are looking for someone to join our home…

Unit: Large bedroom in a four bedroom 2 storey home.

Price: $875 monthly, plus utilities. Our utilities are split 50% with our landlord and then divided by 4 for us. Internet is split four ways as well.

Location: Lansdowne and Bloor, just a block north of Lansdowne station. Also 4 blocks from Dufferin Mall.

What is my relationship to the unit: I am a tenant and have been for 2 years. Looking for a roommate to take the place of current roommate. It would be a roommate agreement.

Lease terms: We would love to start April 1st, 2019 for a year ending March 31st, 2020. We know is super short notice and we are down to start April 15th, 2019. Preference for April 1st.

Required documents: First and last, proof of employment would rock as well.

This is a dope home in a great area. Close to all the good stuff and far enough not to be tempted constantly by the good stuff i.e shopping, restaurants, night life…

We want a fourth with good vibes, looking to be an equal part of our home. We all have our own goals and destinations, but in the meantime we can share this chapter before the next. Looking forward to hearing from our next roommate. All the best till then.
