I have a basement with a bedroom and smaller living room available. Shared laundry room and main bathroom as well as shared kitchen. You have access to the entire house bi-level. I’m very easy going and 420 and pet friendly. Fenced backyard. I’m asking $750 plus 1/3 of utilities but can be negotiated considering the circumstances of our living arrangements. There’s also a half bathroom on the main floor you can call your own. We also have central air.

I also have 2 other bedrooms available on the top floor. Price to be negotiated.

NOTE: I do have an older dog who is very friendly and super loving.
