My roommate is considering moving in with her boyfriend in July. She gave me a lot of notice, so I thought I might start screening for potential roomies now. The bedroom is smaller - and you would need a wardrobe to use as your closet. That being said it’s a nice sized apartment in a newer building - so it’s beautiful!

It would be $700 all in; cable, wifi and laundry.

No pets as I already have a 10 year old ginger kitty who’s scared of her own shadow.

You are clean and respectful of personal space - I am the same. You also enjoy the occasional drink with your roommate (whether or not it has alcohol in it is up to you!).

You work full time and pay your rent. You have previous landlord references. :)
