Located 8 houses away from a bus stop that provides ICE in and out from Calgary during the work week. Also bus stop for transit around Airdrie. Parking on main street only.

There is a Shared kitchen on main floor, laundry on 2nd floor.

Must be non smoker, no pets, preferably female, and have references. Main floor common entrance only.

Shared kitchen/Fridge and cleaning duties on main floor, and MUST clean up after each kitchen use.

Comes furnished with Bed, Dresser, couch, Big screen TV complete w/ Bell Satellite and work desk and a bar fridge. You must provide your own pillows, bed linens, towels and cleaning supplies.

Access to very large backyard/deck (South facing) and BBQ. WIFI included - (Reasonable use only).

Damage deposit of 1 months rent is required.

1 Male only - house owner and am willing to rent my basement suite out. I have my 11 year old son custody 1 week off and on.
