ABOUT ME !! My beloved roommate Kathi will be Moving out of Toronto on July 8 leaving a furnished bedroom vacant !!

You will be living with me in this 750+ square feet 2 bedroom condo. Cleanliness is never a problem here as we tend to help each other out with the chores so the house is usually spotless. As soon as you move in, you are family, and you are invited to all of our hang outs. A little about me , I am a software professional working 9 to 5 . Very respectfull , amiable and fun to be with (References available LOL ) . Very quite and conscious about roomates privacy and need for peace and quite . I have lots of experience living with roommates, so if one day you are about to go cranky because you are starving at 2AM feel free to raid my food , I wont be upset like Ross from FRIENDS :D .
