Centre Street

I have two rooms for rent in a beautiful Century home located in the centre of Mount Albert. Steps to YRT, library, shops, restaurant and park. One room is on the second level and one room is on the main floor. Both with option to furnish. Rent includes utilities, shared kitchen, laundry, BBQ, cable and WIFI. Available July 1st. Mature and responsible persons only. $500.00 security deposit and first month rent required. Security deposit refunded upon leaving and only if room is in same condition as started.

There is a mix of retirees and young professionals. Everyone is respectful of the property and each other. There is a large backyard where smoking is permitted. We also like to enjoy bonfires and BBQ’s. Everyone is responsible for cleaning up after themselves (common areas) and for keeping their private rooms clean. Although we are free spirits, we do not condone getting wasted and causing trouble or safety issues. You may hear occasional live music in the house as my son is a professional musician. Nothing destruptive though.
