Location 5604 199 Street The Hamptons You have your own master ensuite room, equipped with a private full bathroom and walk in closet. The main common areas are shared with myself. I keep a clean house and would prefer a cleanly roomie. The area is called the Hamptons, it is a suburb just off the Anthony Henday which boasts several amenities and easy access to other areas of the city. It is a 30 minute drive to downtown in rush hour, 20 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes to South Edmonton Common. There is a bus terminal close by called Lewis Farms which accesses all major areas and a bus stop just outside the complex. You would have access to the small front yard and BBQ!

I am the only occupant in the home, plus my kitty Maui. I am a young professional social worker who works full time plus private practice. I enjoy spending time out with friends sipping on wine or curling up watching netflix. I am relatively easy going and easy to get along with. I am non judgmental and am open to all diversities. Please note this is not a Cannabis friendly residence however. Any usage has to be outside/off property.
