Looking for a young professional or graduate student that is clean, quiet, does not smoke, and without pets. Length of contract is ideally one year, but is open to discussion.

Bedroom is FURNISHED; comes with a bed, desk, chair, and closet. SHARED: kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen is fully furnished with stove, oven, toaster, microwave, kettle, and fridge and freezer. Bathroom is shared with one other person.

The building includes: 24-hour concierge, theater room, party room, fully equipped gym with cardio and weight areas, guest suites, and a rooftop terrace with a lounge, BBQ facilities and dining areas, lounge, and media room.

Located in the Heart of the Village (Church/College), and is walking distance to Dundas Square, Eaton Center, Ryerson University, University of Toronto, and College Subway Station.

My roommate and I, both females, are looking for a third roommate since our current one is moving away. We are easy going and sociable, but also understanding if you need alone time to work, study, or just chill by yourself. We are non-smokers and usually busy during the day. We also rarely have parties (in the suite) but will occasionally have guests stay over.
