Hey! ☺️I currently rent a large 2-bedroom apartment (with large balcony) in Westmount. I’m renting out the second bedroom. Rent is $800 all inclusive (I pay internet and hydro). There is a really nice outdoor pool, and a small gym inside the office building. The apartment building is safe, clean, and quiet. Laundry is onsite for a fee, I can provide you with a laundry card to use. I require references (previous landlord, employer etc.) and proof of employment. I work full-time in corrections, Mon-Fri 8am-4pm. I have 2 very lovable cats. I don’t party, or smoke. I go to gym almost every night. I am in my 30’s, I’m pretty quiet, and like to keep my place clean. I also keep my apartment drama free. I’m fairly new London, as I’ve only been here for a year.
