LOCATION: Bathurst & Barton Ave (one block north of Bathurst Stn), the Annex
ACCESS INFO: 8 stairs to get into the apartment, 4 stairs to get to the main lobby where the laundry, dryer and mail are. I do have a baby doggy, my brother is the co-parent so he also has access to the space, and we do our best to give a heads up if he will be stopping by.

- Room is already furnished with side table, bed frame, mattress, fresh sheets, pillows and lamp, although I can accommodate if you’d like your room unfurnished

To those new/unfamiliar with the area, the newly renovated basement apartment is one block north of Bathurst Subway Station on the green line. We are located in the heart of the Downtown Toronto Annex. This property is walking distance to many resources from 24hr foods + grocery stores, the library, parks, swimming pools, community centre spaces, museums, galleries, bike shops, gas station, bars/clubs and many more. Although a 2minute walk from the subway station entrance, we do live right in front of the bus stop which comes in hand after having a long day !
