Located in the Shops, steps away from shopping, restaurants, gym, banks, superstore, Walmart etc., no need for a car as it’s easily transit accessible but secure underground parking is available at an extra cost. Utilities/wifi will be shared. Shared space is furnished with necessities (dining table and 4 chairs, couch, tv, dishes) but additional furniture is welcome if you have it :) also pets are negotiable. One roomie - single female, late 30’s, works full time tues-sat. I’m pretty easy-going, easy to talk to, love to cook, and on sunny days you will find me laying out in the sun on the deck. I am pretty social but usually keep it out of the house but I def don’t mind hosting the occasional get together or impromptu acoustic jam around the fire pit :) otherwise I also enjoy my quality time with my tv. Honestly I’m pretty much down for whatever as long as we can respect each other’s space and time and can communicate with each other. I am looking for a roommate but I don’t mind making new friends while I’m at it.
