This room is located on the top floor in a spacious corner suite with an epic view of the mountains. The suite is 900 square feet with a living room, fire place, kitchen, dining room, and deck. Along with the room and suite, there is coin laundry downstairs, a parking space, and a communal garden area. The building is just a 5 minute walk away from Broadway 99 B-line and the VCC Clark Station, Millennium Line.

I am the only roommate and I am a young professional working as an International Recruiter for BCIT. My work is from 9 to 5 and I like to live a healthy and relaxing lifestyle.
