About the room
A rare spacious room in downtown Toronto. Has a big window for a lot of a natural lighting, and a ton of closet space. The unit has a kitchen, bathroom and a big living room with a very private balcony (no neighbours right beside you when you’re on it!). The place has free cable, and utilities are included with the rent, so no worries if you take long showers! Internet is extra and currently costs $20 per month for unlimited wireless.
I have a double bed in there I’m going to be selling as I won’t need it anymore, so if you’re interested in that we can work something out.
The building is an older condo that has a pool and a gym and laundry onsite (not in-room) with a lot of machines so no lengthy waiting times, and has 24/7 security.
About the roomies
I’m moving out, so you’ll be living with my male roommate who is in his early 30s.
