This cottage house is located in a quiet neighborhood, steps away to a small shopping center (grocery, liquor store, pharmacy, cleaners, dollarstore, etc.) It’s a bran new house that I’ve renovated myself with luxurious finishings, so i am looking for someone that will treat my home with care and respect. Large sunny backyard, big trees, flowerbeds, driveway and easy parking in the street. I currently live alone in this big 5 bedrooms house but am looking for roommates to share this gorgeous house with a fabulous big and bright kitchen, dining room, sitting room, family room and three bathrooms.

I am a young retired marketing director, globetrotter that flip houses. I am open minded and love to follow the wind. I have two twin orange cats named Coco and Chanel who are the most adorable creatures you can imagine.
