Ps: pictures show that there is a bunk bed in the room, you could use this, or I could just take it down and you can use your own furniture. And also, I plan on putting a curtain rod up on the window.

It’s just my son who is 11 and myself who is 29 staying in our three bedroom. We respect boundaries and also personal space. My son enjoys playing video games. I work full time and I also am just a pretty laid back person.
