Choice of 1 of 2 Bedrooms. All Bedrooms are West Facing warm in the evening cool in the morning. Currently only renting out a single bedroom. If this changes I will discuss with you and adjust your rent due to the shared bathroom.

Approx 4’ x 5’ Storage locker inside the garage. Private place to store all your things you want access to but don’t want in your bedroom. (Will be constructing this Strata may push back)

Access to the workshop in the garage, Most tools and work spaces will be available. Longer term projects need to be discussed as they would permanent taking up space. If you a have a larger tool that can’t be stored in the unit we can discuss.

Access to Laundry and Main living space.

I am a nerdy, loud individual. I am Easy going with a lot of things aside from mess. I am accepting of peoples flaws and will work to be your best roommate ever.

I enjoy Board games and having people over. If you need a super quiet place to live this may not be for you however I do enjoy just relaxing as well. I will never expect a curfew from you but be respectful.

I am looking for a new friend to live with me I do not want a person who I never see or is not comfortable being in the common areas. I am not doing this only for money I am doing it to have the company.
