-Apartment is close to MetrosRosemont & Outremont. Approx. 20 - 30 min bus to downtown(number 80), 15 min walk to the mountain. -Room is essentially a small apartment onto it itself. Very spacious. Creative Workspace for artists and artistic minded people sharing space.
-Apartment has a locked backyard as well rooftop access in the summers -As well an unfinished basement with limited storage for bicycles or other such items in the winter -Front yard to yourself (the applicant) -Smoking is outside only but household is 420 friendly. -Bilingual encouraged as it is a bilingual french/english household with English as the most common and comfortable.
Room Specs: -Room is 18.5 ft by 12.5 ft approx. -Costs $650.00 per month, utilities included; (with the exception of laundry which is $12.00 per person every month.) -Comes with 2 door access to room and big front window for sunny mornings.
Apartment specs: -Semi-spacious locked backyard -Back roof access -Two bathrooms -One shower -Two sinks -laundry room with limited storage. -Lots of open wall space(long hallways)
Perks of common area: -Communal Jam Space/Music space/Art space/Movie Projection Space/ All around Workspace that should give priority to any one actively at work but also a social area.priority consideration. Would hopefully host a board game and potluck or movie night and potluck at least once a month to strengthen community ties amongst housemates.
About you:
-Must be self sufficient and financially stable
-Be able to pay rent on the first of every month
-Clean own dishes routinely and help maintain a clean and tidy common area like kitchens, bathrooms and jam space/Art space, living room etc.
-Be of sound mind and emotional state
-Enjoy groovy people
-Love cats or at least Kiki as she will have final say on all applicants. :P
