Looking for two roommates. 2 rooms for rent in a condo/townhouse. Due to zoning restrictions only one lease is available so I’m hoping to rent to 2 people together if possible. Otherwise its first come first serve on the lease. One bedroom is renting for $650 monthly. The master bedroom has a walk in closet and rents for $750. Both bedrooms together will cost $1400 monthly. Hydro included. Adults Only. There is no parking with the property. One room will have a single bed and dresser available. Internet will be provided for $30 monthly per person. 29 years old live in landlord attending Algonquin College. I will be renting to either all people my age or all people collage age. Great location in a well-run condo complex. Foundation completely wrapped and new weeping tiles installed. Condo in the process of replacing all the siding on all units. Flooring is tiles over drycore for added comfort. Updated laminate flooring throughout the rest of the house. 3 bedrooms plus bathroom on 2nd floor. 2 piece bathroom in basement. Living room with sliding door to back yard.
