Channelside Way SW

This is a private bedroom and your own bathroom in the upstairs of the house. The room can be furnished or unfurnished and will include all utilities. The main floor is shared accommodation with the living room, kitchen and laundry area. The backyard is fenced with a large deck, small hot tub, and a BBQ. I do have a dog and willing to reduce the rent price in consideration for some basic dog care like morning and evening feeding and letting out when I am not home. The home is no smoking, no parties and looking for respectful people. A DD is required and references would be preferred. Small to medium dogs would be ok allowing they are not destructive and are well behaved.

I own and live on the property with my dog Bailey who is very well mannered.
