Queen Street East

The apartment is newly refurbished and preeeeeetty nice, spacious, bright, everything. It’s got heating and AC, the kitchen is pretty well equipped. The only thing missing: a laundry machine, but there’s a laundromat like 5 minutes away.

The room is pretty big and very bright during the day. It has a window on Queen Street, but its really well isolated against noise, so you barely hear the cars and the street cars. There’s a wardrobe and a bed in there, but I can also borrow you my desk and chair until we get you one for yourself.

The rent is 1000, and Hydro, internet and cheap rental insurance is extra. Internet is 27.50, insurance is 10, and Hydro probably not more than 50 per month and person, so it shouldn’t be more than 1100 everything included. The room to the right upon entering is your’s:)

I’m a queer gay guy, 30 years old, just moved here for a a Postdoc in Neuroscience at York University. Far-far away from the flat, yes, but I reaaaally don’t wanna live anywhere outside of downtown. I really like my work, I play a lot of Volleyball (in a queer team, duh), am sometimes into videogames, going out, … I don’t really party at home, although I might have friends from back home in Europe visiting every now and then. (Everyone’s like: “were soooo gonna visit you!” But then, you know, it might as well not happen.) Vice-versa I’m obviously cool with you having people over.
