We have one bedroom available in a three bedroom basement suit. Located very close to UVIC and Camosun, and very close to a bus stop that can take you downtown in 15 minutes. We are also a short walk from a lovely grocery store. Kitchen and bathroom are shared, both tenants are kind, quiet and respect each others privacy. The unit is available immediately, until the end of the school year or end of summer, either way. Male or female roommate, no pets :(
