We have no kids. basic GYM and laundry available in the building. Costco, Freshco, Sunny, Shoppers, McDonalds, pizza pizza, subway sandwich, A&W, chinese, Indian, pakistani, afghani restaurants, Tim Hortons, family clinics and much more is close by. The place is situated at a very convenient location. Just 2 minute walk to bus stop. Just 10 minutes drive to downtown or 30 minutes via TTC. 24 hours bus service available(bus no. 25, 925(pape station), 100(broadview station)). 15 minutes to pape station via TTC. Close to St. Clair college.

I live with my wife. We are a working couple. We have been living in this unit for about a year now and we want to share it with 1 or 2 other females. Will get to know more when we meet.
